  • Please, describe in a few words (max. 100) the benefits you see in engaging with staff visits.

Staff exchange is always a great learning experience and part of the career development growth of anyone. Having the possibility to see other set ups and learn from what has worked for them is very enlightening and allows the visitor to get ideas and workflows that potentially can bring back to his/her own workplace and implement them in a short time frame thanks to this exchange. Also, interacting with other peers opens up numerous possibilities of new collaborators and projects to work out together between the host and the visitor, and others from the host institution.
